Reflection: I can think of so many ways to use Google Maps! I love the idea of having students use Googlemaps to explore other pars of the country/world. I think what would be extremely interesting would be using Google Maps when beginning our work on Generation Citizen in the Spring. I can see students place marking resources and issues in their own community as a way of brainstorming. I would also love to see them go back to their maps after the projects are completed to ientify areas in which they feel like they have made a positive impact.
